Bronx Guardianship Services

Our Vision

Bronx Community Guardianship Network, Inc. (“BCGN”) is a not-for-profit organization which was founded in 2011. BCGN provides a multi-disciplinary approach to life-planning, adult and juvenile guardianship, and trustee services within the context of New York State Article 81 Mental Hygiene Law.

Our Mission

As the only Guardianship program with a principal office in Bronx County, our organization collaborates with local officials, the Courts, and other multidisciplinary agencies and organizations to meet the needs of the numerous residents of the Bronx who desperately need quality guardianship services. BCGN is currently serving as Court-appointed Guardian of the Person and/or Guardian of the Property for guardianship clients residing in the community, in assisted living, rehabilitation and nursing home facilities.

Since 2011, BCGN has provided assistance to hundreds of Bronx residents. BCGN is dedicated to improving the quality of life for each of our guardianship clients, utilizing a highly individualistic and holistic approach to care management.

Our Commitment

BCGN is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards. We serve the most vulnerable populations, the underserved elderly, the poor, those with chronic illnesses and/or mental or functional limitations, and those whose needs are most acute, without reference to gender, race, religion, ethnicity, and/or sexual orientation. BCGN has never turned away a client due to a potential inability to pay for services.
